At 1:26 AM deputies located an occupied vehicle parked in the lane of traffic on State Hwy 81 at County Hwy N, Town of Monroe.  Investigation resulted in the driver
 Heidi L. Nelson, 082768, 54, of Janesville being arrested for OWI 1st.  Nelson was cited for improper parking on the roadway and jailed pending a responsible party.  
 The vehicle was legally parked on the eastbound shoulder of STH 81.  

  At 307 am the Sheriff's Office was called to a one vehicle crash at the intersection of CTH GG & STH 11/81, Town of Spring Grove. Investigation revealed
 that Joseph E. Ladow,11/01/55,  81, of South Wayne was southbound on CTH GG when he reported that he swerved to miss 2 deer in the road. Ladow entered the ditch,
 struck a traffic sign post, crossed STH 11/81, and his truck came to rest in the ditch.
Ladow was not injured in the crash and was wearing his seat belt. The truck was
 not equipped with air bags. The truck had functional damage and was towed by Accurate Towing back to their shop.
