All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The following incident occurred on Thursday, September 07, 2023:

Motor vehicle Crash – 

At approximately 11:42 AM, Deputies responded to the N2100 block of State Highway 69, Town of Clarno, for a report of a single vehicle crash. 

Investigation determined the operator, Gary A. Klocke, 84 of Orangeville, was northbound on State Highway 69 when he fell asleep at the wheel. The vehicle exited the roadway and crashed, causing disabling damage with no airbag deployment. Gary reported wearing his seatbelt and did not sustain any injury. The vehicle was towed from the scene. 

Disorderly Conduct –

At approximately 4:41 PM, Deputies and the Belleville Police Department responded to the W3900 block of Vista Ln., Town of Exeter, for a report of an intoxicated female causing a disturbance. 

The investigation resulted in Abby M. Francois, 26 of Monticello, being placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct falling under the Wisconsin Domestic Abuse laws and Criminal Damage to Property. Further investigation resulted in additional charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Drugs (other).   Abby will be housed at the Green County Jail pending posting of her bond or her initial court appearance.
