All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The following incident occurred on Wednesday, May 31 2023:
Probation Hold –
At approximately 11:13 PM, Deputies placed Robyn N. Flannery, 39 of Monroe, under arrest at the Green County Justice Center for a probation hold. Robyn was transported to the Green County Jail where she will be held.
Warrant Arrest –
At approximately 7:31 PM, Deputies responded to the 1000 block of 4th Ave. West, City of Monroe, to attempt to locate Dakota Lorenz, 30 of Monroe, who had an active warrant through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Dakota was located, arrested, and transported to the Green County Jail where he will be held.
Disorderly Conduct –
At approximately 7:59 PM, Deputies responded to the N2300 block of Spring St., Juda, for a report of a disturbance between neighbors. Investigation resulted in Matthew Bremer, 52 of Juda, and Misty Winder, 34 of Juda, both being issued citations for Disorderly Conduct. They were issued future court dates and were released.
Domestic Abuse –
At approximately 8:08 PM, Deputies responded to the W1700 blk of Purintun Rd., Town of Albany, for a disturbance with the male half having fled the home. Deputies located the subject, Aaron M.C. Rogers, 18 of Albany, inside of the Village of Albany. Investigation resulted in Aaron being placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct falling under the Wisconsin Domestic Abuse laws. Aaron was housed at the Green County Jail pending his initial court appearance or posting of his bond.
Traffic Crime –
At approximately 11:14 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the W5400 block of STH 11, Town of Monroe. Investigation resulted in the operator, Velma D. Andrews, 36 of Milwaukee, being cited for Operating While Revoked due to Alcohol and Failure to Install Ignition Interlock Device. Velma was released with a future court date.
Motor Vehicle Crash with Injury –
At approximately 12:15 AM, Deputies responded to the W7700 blk of STH 81, Town of Jordan, for a car vs deer crash with airbag deployment. Investigation determined the operator, Steven J. Suski, 61 of Freeport, was traveling east when a deer entered the roadway, striking his truck which deployed the airbags. The passenger, Martina J. Suski, 55 of Freeport, sustained minor injury from the airbag deployment and declined EMS. Both subjects were wearing their seatbelts, the truck sustained minor damage with airbag deployment and was towed from the scene.
