MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH-PROPERY DAMAGE:
At 11:58 a.m., Deputies responded to the W3600 block of County Highway EE, in the Town of Mt. Pleasant for a single vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by, Cory A. Nelson, 41 of Albany was traveling eastbound. Nelson attempted to pass an implement of husbandry, while attempting to pass, Nelson lost control and the vehicle entered the north ditch before coming to rest in a field. Nelson reported no injuries, was wearing his seatbelt, and the airbags did not deploy. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
