The following incidents occurred on Friday, June 16th, 2023:

Motor Vehicle Crash- Personal Injury:
At approximately 9:47 AM, Deputies along with the Brodhead Fire Department and Brodhead EMS responded to the intersection of State Highway 11 and County Highway GG, Town of Spring Grove, for a report of a motor vehicle accident with injuries.
Investigations found a vehicle operated by Glen O Deremo, 86, of Brodhead, was eastbound on State Highway 11 when a box truck operated by Zachary B Rooker, 22, of Rockford, made a left turn in front of Deremo onto State Highway 81.
Deremo sustained injuries, reported not wearing his seatbelt, and there was airbag deployment. Deremo’s vehicle was towed from the scene. Rooker sustained injuries, reported wearing his seatbelt, and there was airbag deployment in his vehicle. Rooker’s vehicle was towed from the scene.
Rooker was cited for Inattentive driving and released with a court date.
OWI:
At 6:06 PM, Deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding in the N5500 block of State Highway 69, Town of Washington.
As a result, the driver, Einar Frimodt V, 28, of Madison, was arrested for OWI and received citations for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Frimodt was released to a responsible party.
Motor Vehicle Crash- Personal Injury:
At 9:34 PM, Deputies along with Monticello Fire Department responded to the W4100 block of County Highway C, Town of Mt Pleasant, for a single vehicle crash with injuries.
Investigations found that the driver, Preston S Ambrose, 20, of Monroe, was westbound when he failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway. Ambrose’s vehicle entered the North ditch, struck an embankment and re-entered the roadway where it rolled.
Ambrose and his passenger sustained injuries as a result of the crash and were transported to the hospital for further medical care. Both Ambrose and his passenger reported wearing seatbelts and the airbags did not deploy. Ambrose’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
Ambrose was cited for Failure to Control Vehicle and Underage possession of alcohol.
Disorderly Conduct:
At 12:45 AM, Deputies responded to the 100 block of N Main St, Village of Monticello, for a report of a disorderly person.
Investigations resulted in Robert C Anderson, 34, of Madison, being arrested for disorderly conduct while armed and battery. Anderson was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
