The following events occurred on April 22, 2023:

All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

OWI:

At 11:44 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a speed violation in the N8700 block of State Highway 69, in the Town of New Glarus. Investigation resulted in the driver, Shanitha A. Tillmon, 27 of Freeport being arrested for Operating Under the Influence (1^st) with passengers under the age of 16. Tillmon was further cited for speeding. Tillmon was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending the posting of bond. The New Glarus Police Department assisted at the scene.

BAIL JUMPING:

On 04/23/23 at 1:10 a.m., Deputies and Albany Police Department responded to 1117 West 2^nd Avenue, in the City of Brodhead for the report of a subject violating their conditions of bond. Investigation resulted in Samantha R.M. Estep, 36 of Monroe being arrested for four counts of bail jumping. Estep was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending the posting of bond.
