The following events occurred on February 12, 2023:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
DOMESTIC VIOLATION:
At 2:13 p.m., Deputies responded to a residence in the N5500 block of Shea Lane, in the Town of Albany for a 911 misdial. Investigation resulted in Gina K. Allen, 51 of Albany being arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Battery (domestic related). Allen was released to a responsible party after posting bond.
INJUNCTION VIOLATION:
At 7:49 p.m., Deputies responded to a residence in the N5500 block of Shea Lane, in the Town Albany for the report of an injunction violation. Investigation resulted in Gina K. Allen, 51 of Albany being arrested for violating a no contact order. Allen was incarcerated at the Iowa County Jail pending court.
