All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The following incident occurred on Tuesday, January 31, 2023:

Probation Arrest – 

At approximately 10:10 AM, Deputies responded to the Green County Probation and Parole Office and placed Jeremy L. Hartwig, 35 of Albany, under arrest for a Probation Hold through the Department of corrections. Jeremy was transported to the Green County Jail without incident. 

Motor Vehicle Crash – 

At approximately 5:31 PM, Deputies responded to the N2300 block of Bloom Ln., Town of Monroe, for a report of a two vehicle crash with no injury. 

Investigation determined Zachary R. Ackerman, 29 of Monroe, was traveling south on Bloom Ln. when he lost control of his vehicle on the ice covered roadway. Zachary’s vehicle then collided with an unoccupied vehicle that was legally parked. Zachary reported wearing his seatbelt and not being injured. The vehicle sustained functional damage and was driven from the scene.
