MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH-PROPERTY DAMAGE:
At 8:52 a.m., Deputies responded to the W9500 block of Trotter Road, in the Town of Jordan, for a vehicle versus tree crash with no injuries. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Julie A. Kleier, 32 of Argyle was traveling eastbound when she lost control of the vehicle due to icy road conditions. The vehicle then entered the south ditch and collided with a tree. Kleier reported no injuries, was wearing her seatbelt, and the airbags did deploy. The vehicle sustained functional damage and was towed from the scene.
