All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The following incident occurred on Tuesday, July 18, 2023:
Motor Vehicle Crash -
At approximately 7:02 AM., Deputies responded to the W800 block of Ten Eyck Rd, Town of Decatur, for a report of a single vehicle accident with property damage. Deputies arrived and spoke with the driver, Brady Flannery, 16, who stated that he was looking down to check the speedometer when he struck a mailbox. Brady was uninjured and was wearing a safety belt. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, no airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene.
Probation Arrest -
At approximately 10:59 AM, Deputies responded to the Green County Probation and Parole Office and placed Bradley Rear, 60 of Monroe, into custody on a probation hold. Bradley was transported to the Green County Jail where he will be held.
