The following incident occurred on Monday, June 05, 2023:

Motor Vehicle Crash –

At approximately 10:18 AM, Deputies responded to the N9000 block of County Highway J, Town of York, for a single vehicle crash. Investigation determined the operator, Levi Paust, 17, was southbound when he swerved to avoid a northbound vehicle partially in his lane of travel. Levi entered the gravel shoulder and struck a sign post. Levi was not injured, was wearing his seatbelt and the vehicle had no airbag deployment and was driven from the scene. 

Probation Arrest –

At approximately 4:07 PM, Deputies responded to the Green County probation and Parole Office, 2841 6th St., Monroe, and placed Gina K. Allen, 52 of Brooklyn, and Jean E. Justice, 29 of Werren, IL, under arrest for Probation Holds. Both subjects were transported to the Green County Jail where they will be held.
