The following incident occurred on Tuesday, May 09, 2023:
Bail Jumping –
At approximately 10:24 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a motorcycle in the W700 blk of STH 11, Town of Spring Grove. Investigation resulted in the operator, Matthew P. Baumgartner, 31 of Monroe, being placed under arrest for two charges of Felony Bail Jumping and one charge of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping. Matthew was cited for Operating Without a Motorcycle Endorsement and for speed and was housed at the Green County Jail pending his initial court appearance.
