The following incidents occurred on Thursday, July 13th, 2023:

OWI:
At approximately 11:25 PM, Deputies performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the N5600 block of State Highway 69, Town of Washington.
Investigations resulted in the driver, David J Biehl, 59, of Monticello, being arrested for operating while under the influence. Biehl was further cited for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration. Biehl was later released to a responsible party.
