All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The following incident occurred on Sunday, May 28, 2023:
Disorderly Conduct Arrest –
At approximately 7:29 AM, Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at 700 block of 6th St., in the Village of Albany. Following an investigation, Ashley A. Davis, age 37 of Beloit, was arrested for domestic substantial battery, disorderly conduct while armed with a dangerous weapon, and damage to property. Ashley was housed at the Green County Jail pending her initial court appearance.
Motor Vehicle Crash with Injury –
At approximately 8:33 PM, Deputies responded to the W400 block of STH 92, Town of Brooklyn, for a motorcycle versus deer crash with injuries. Investigation revealed the operator, Jermey Nielsen, 43, of Brooklyn, and his passenger, Jennifer McGinty, 53, were traveling westbound when a deer entered
the roadway causing a collision to occur. The collision resulted in Jermey and Jennifer being ejected the motorcycle. Jermey and Jennifer were not wearing helmets, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to by ambulance from the scene. The motorcycle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Brooklyn Fire/EMS assisted deputies at the scene.
Disorderly Conduct Arrest –
At approximately 9:38 PM, Deputies responded to N4697 CTH E (Sweet Minihaha Campground), Town of Decatur, for a report of an unwanted male refusing to leave a campsite. Investigation resulted in Michael Bahena, 32, of Fitchburg, being arrested for disorderly conduct (domestic). Michael was transported to the Green County Jail where bond was posted and he was released pending a future mandatory court date.
