On 8/9/23 at approximately 4:47 p.m., deputies responded to the W6300 Melvin Rd., in the Town of Clarno, for a one vehicle roll over. The driver Gabriel M Tree, 17 of Monticello, reported wearing his seatbelt, and was not injured. Deputies observed no airbag deployment, and that the vehicle had sustained disabling damage to all areas of the vehicle. The vehicle was removed from the scene by Don's Towing. Gabriel was cited for driving too fast for conditions.
