The following incident occurred on Sunday, May 29, 2022:
OWI Arrest –
At approximately 11:35 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a UTV in the W5000 block of State Highway 59, Town of Monroe.
Investigation resulted in the operator, Joshua R. Foulker, 42 of Monroe, being arrested for Operating While Under the Influence of Alcohol – 1st Offense. Joshua was also issued a citation for Operating a UTV on a Non-designated Roadway. Joshua was released to a responsible party with a future court date.
OWI Arrest –
At approximately 2:51 AM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the N5800 block of County Highway J, Town of Adams.
Investigation resulted in the operator, David S. Stampfli, 58 of Blanchardville, being arrested for Operating While Under the Influence of Alcohol – 1st Offense. David was released to a responsible party with a future court date.
