All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The following incident occurred on Saturday, July 31, 2022:
OWI Arrest –
At approximately 5:06 PM, Deputies and Brodhead EMS, responded to the W1000 block of Decatur Rd., Town of Decatur, for a report of a car vs. tree crash.
Investigation determined that the operator, Brynn M. Pinnow, 32 of Fitchburg, was traveling west when she lost control of her vehicle. The vehicle exited the northern portion of the roadway and struck a tree. Brynn reported wearing her seatbelt, not being injured and there was airbag deployment. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
Further investigation resulted in Brynn being arrested for Operating While Under the Influence of Alcohol – 1st Offense. Brynn was also cited for Prohibited Alcohol Concentration and Failure to Maintain Control of her vehicle. Brynn was released to a responsible party pending a future court date.
