The following incidents occurred on Friday, February 25^th, 2022:

OWI:

At approximately 12:35am, Deputies responded to the W5700 block of Mings Rd, Town of Clarno, for a report of a single vehicle accident.

Investigations determined Michelle L Offerdahl, 23, of Monroe, was eastbound on Mings Rd, when Offerdahl lost control of the vehicle. Offerdahl’s vehicle entered the South ditch where it rolled onto its side. Offerdahl reported no injuries, reported wearing her seatbelt, and no airbag deployment. Offerdahl’s juvenile passenger reported no injuries and reported wearing her seatbelt.

Offerdahl’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

Offerdahl was subsequently arrested for Operating while under the influence (1^st offense). Offerdahl was additionally cited for possession of THC, Possession of open intoxicants inside of vehicle, and Unsafe/Imprudent speed. Offerdahl was released to a responsible party with a court date.

Warrant Arrest:

At approximately 8:52am, Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6^th St, City of Monroe. 

Bryan K Waddell, 55, of Monroe, was arrested on a Dane County warrant. Waddell was transported and turned over to Dane County Deputies. 

OWI:

At approximately 4:49pm, Deputies and New Glarus PD responded to the W6300 block of STH 39, Town of New Glarus, for a single vehicle accident.

The driver was identified as Glen M Holzman, 50, of New Glarus, who reported traveling eastbound when he failed to negotiate a curve. Holzman’s vehicle entered the ditch striking a power pole and tree. Holzman reported no injuries, reported wearing his seatbelt, and no airbag deployment.

Holzman’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

Holzman was subsequently arrested for Operating while under the influence (1^st offense). Holzman was later released to a responsible party.
