The following incidents occurred on April, 11th, 2022:
Motor Vehicle Accident-Personal Injury:
At approximately 12:27 pm, Deputies along with Albany EMS, the Albany Fire Department, and Albany Police Officers, responded to the W1300 block of State Highway 59, Town of Albany, for a report of a commercial motor vehicle that had overturned.
The driver, Robert G Haberman Jr, 71, of Brodhead, reported being westbound on State Highway 59 when he proceeded to negotiate a curve. Haberman reported his vehicle entered the gravel causing him to take corrective action. As a result of the corrective action and the weight of the load, Haberman’s vehicle overturned onto its side. Haberman reported wearing his seatbelt and sustained injuries as a result of the crash. Haberman was transported for further medical care.
Haberman’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
Haberman was cited for failure to maintain control.
