The following incidents occurred on Sunday, January 30th, 2022:
OWI:
At approximately 12:10 AM, Deputies performed a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the W7500 block of State Highway 81, Town of Jordan.
Subsequent Investigations resulted in the driver, Joseph R Hanson, 41, of Brooklyn, being arrested for Operating While Under the Influence-1st offense, Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration-1st offense, and a citation for speeding.
Hanson was released to a responsible party.
