The following incidents occurred on Friday, April 1st, 2022:
WARRANT ARREST:
At approximately 8:54am, Deputies arrested Abby L Jensen, 35, of Brooklyn, in the N9500 block of Legler Rd, Town of Brooklyn.
Jensen was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT- PROPERTY DAMAGE:
At approximately 12:30pm, Deputies located a vehicle with damages near the intersection of State Highway 11 and County Highway KS, Town of Jefferson.
Investigations determined the driver to be Michelle Cuevas, 20, of Brodhead, who reported being westbound on State Highway 11 when she swerved to miss another vehicle turning South onto KS. Cuevas reported she struck a guardrail. Cuevas denied injury and no airbag deployment.
Cuevas’ vehicle was towed from the scene due to moderate damages.
Cuevas was cited for failure to notify law enforcement of a crash and operating without a valid driver license.
MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT-PROPERTY DAMAGE:
At approximately 4:46pm, Deputies responded to the 300 block of South Street, Town of Cadiz, for a report of a single vehicle accident.
The driver was identified as Schuhcen Guo, 56, of Monticello who reported leaving a parking lot when she was blinded by the sun. Guo reported she pulled too far over and entered the ditch. Guo reported no injuries and no airbag deployment.
Guo’s vehicle sustained functional damage and was removed from the ditch.
