The following incident occurred on Thursday, July 14, 2022:
Disorderly Conduct -
At approximately 9:17 AM, Deputies and the New Glarus Fire Department responded to the intersection of Postville Rd. and County Highway H, Town of York, for a report of a controlled burn that was not reported.
Due to actions taken on scene by the individual responsible for the controlled burn, John S. Otteman, 74 of Dodgeville, he was cited for Disorderly Conduct. John was released with a future court date.
