The following incident occurred on Friday, August 19, 2022:
OWI Arrest –
At approximately 1:54 AM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 1100 block of 17th St. in the City of Monroe.
Investigation resulted in the operator, Randy L. Grossen, 66 of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Operating While Under the Influence of Alcohol – 3rd Offense. Randy was later released to a responsible party pending a future court appearance.
