All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The following incident occurred on Sunday, June 05, 2022:
Trespassing –
At approximately 10:28 AM, Deputies responded to the N4900 block of Center Rd., Town of Washington, for a report of subjects trespassing on the landowner’s property.
Investigation determined that Cha Thao, 55 of Appleton, Choua Her, 32 of Appleton, Xeeha Cheryong, 29 of Stevens Point and Ger Her, 35 of Appleton, had trespassed onto the land to pick asparagus. All four individuals were issued citations for Trespassing and departed from the area.
OWI Arrest –
At approximately 8:42 PM, Deputies, Blanchardville EMS, Green County EMS and the Blanchardville Fire Department, responded to a motorcycle crash with injury in the W8800 block of State Highway 39, Town of York.
Investigation resulted in the operator, Randall S. Dreger, 62 of Brooklyn, being arrested for Operating While under the Influence of Alcohol. Randall was also cited for Failure to Maintain Control of his vehicle. Randall was transported for his injuries and was released to a responsible party with a future court date.
