Drug / Narcotic Violation
At 3:37 am, Deputies stopped Paul H. Heck, 22, of Freeport, for speeding
in the N4700 block of STH 104, Decatur Township. Paul was cited for speeding
70/55 as well as possession of paraphernalia.
