All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The following incident occurred on Tuesday, August 09, 2022:
Motor Vehicle Crash –
At approximately 12:26 PM, Deputies responded to the 200 block of N. Main St., Village of Monticello, for a report of a minor, two-vehicle crash.
Investigation determined that Julie K. Flannery, 53 of Argyle, was attempting to back out of a parking stall while her view was briefly obstructed. A passing vehicle operated by, Cassidy C. Komprood, 17 of Monticello, struck Julie’s vehicle when it entered the lane of travel. Neither driver reported injury and both reported wearing their seatbelts. There was no airbag deployment and both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Warrant Arrest –
At approximately 7:50 PM, Deputies responded to the 600 block of E. Lake Ave., Village of Monticello, to attempt a warrant apprehension of Jonathan Detejada, 28 of Monticello. Deputies located Jonathan and placed him under arrest without incident. Jonathan was transported to the Green County Jail where he will remain pending his initial court appearance.
