DRUG TRAFFICKING AND FELON IN POSSESSION OF FIREARMS ARREST:
On Thursday, February 29, 2024 at approximately 4:10 PM, members of the Stateline Area Narcotics Taskforce (SLANT) who were assisted by members of the City of Monroe Police Department and the Green County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant in the N2400 block of Bethel Rd in the Town of Clarno, County of Green, State of Wisconsin related to drug trafficking activity.
During the course of the activity in excess of 860 grams of marijuana were seized along with a large quantity of ammunition, two firearms, and items of body armor. Stemming from the investigation, PETER V CRAMER, age 37, of Monroe, WI was arrested without incident and incarcerated in the Green County Jail, pending an initial appearance. CRAMER was later charged under Wisconsin CCAP (Green Co) case 2024CF44 with 16 total charges including: Felony Bail Jumping (X8), Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription (X2), Felon in Possession of a Firearm (X2), Possess Drug Paraphernalia, Maintain Drug Trafficking Place (X2), and Possess with Intent to Distribute THC. CRAMER appeared in Green County Circuit Court on Monday, March 4, 2024 for an initial appearance and received a $2,000 Cash Bond (which was noted as posted on March 6, 2024).
Pursuant to the directive of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicity, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
