The following events occurred on August 11, 2024:

All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

OWI

At 5:28 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for operating left of center in the N3800 block of STH 59, Town of Sylvester. Investigation resulted in the operator, Honorio Chipahua Chipahua, 29, of Monroe, being arrested for Operating While Under the Influence (1st). Chipahua was further cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration (greater than .15), Operating without a Valid license, Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance, and Operating Left of Center. Chipahua was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.

OWI

At 10:19 p.m., Deputies responded to the N7900 block of CTH J, Town of York, for a traffic complaint.  Investigation resulted in Alexander B. Emberson, 19 of Blanchardville being arrested for Violating Absolute Sobriety. Emberson was released pending court.
