The driver of the pickup truck was identified as Bradley A. Kuhlemeyer 52, of Shannon, IL. Kuhlemeyer was pronounced deceased on scene.
The driver of the semi unit was identified as Jay J. Foulker 54, of rural Monroe. Foulker did not sustain injuries from the crash.
The investigation is ongoing at this time by the Detective Bureau.
