Accident – Property Damage
At 2:59 PM, Deputies, along with Monticello FD and Monroe Rural FD, responded to the N5000 block of CTH J, in the Town of Washington, for a reported vehicle on fire. The driver, William J. Boss, 54, of Monroe, advised he was traveling northbound when his vehicle started on fire. Boss advised that he was wearing his seatbelt and was not injured. Boss’ vehicle sustained disabling damage, with no airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene.
