Motor Vehicle Crash – Personal Injury:
At 6:04 PM, Deputies responded to the W5700 block of CTH H, in the Town of New Glarus, for a reported one vehicle crash with injury. The driver, Georgia T.N. Watts, 25, of Madison, advised she was traveling northbound on a private drive where she lost traction due to a patch of ice then slid off the road, entered the ditch, and then struck a tree. Watts advised she was wearing her seatbelt at the time of incident and was later transported to the hospital with suspected minor injury. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with no airbag deployment and was later towed from the scene.
