The following incidents occurred on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024:

OWI:
At approximately 12:13 AM, Deputies performed a traffic stop on a vehicle at the intersection of State Highway 11 and State Highway 81, Town of Spring Grove.
Investigation resulted in Megan C Wiesenberg, 30, of Brodhead being placed under arrest for OWI-1st. Wiesenberg was further cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration and failure to stop at a stop sign. Wiesenberg was released to a responsible party.
ACCIDENT-PROPERTY DAMAGE:
At approximately 6:36 PM, Deputies responded to the N8700 block of County Highway E, Town of Brooklyn, for a report of an accident.
Investigations found Jayden T Obel, 17, of Albany, was northbound on County Highway E when his vehicle entered the gravel portion of the shoulder and he entered the East ditch. Obel denied injury, reported wearing his seatbelt, and no airbag deployment.
Obel’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and towed from the scene.
