The following events occurred on March 6, 2024:

Domestic Abuse
At 12:16 PM, Deputies responded to the N2400 block of Clearview Dr., in the Town of Jefferson, for a domestic disturbance. The investigation resulted in Jennifer L. Straws, 31, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Battery and Disorderly Conduct (domestic abuse related). Straws was later booked at the Green County Jail and released pending court.
Warrant Arrest
At 3:54 PM, Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th St. (Green County Justice Center), in the City of Monroe, where contact was made with Water Minh Dang, 42, of Monroe. Dang was later placed under arrest for an arrest warrant through Probation & Parole. Dang was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
