Operating under the Influence
At 9:56 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Lukas D. Parr, 39, of Janesville, for speeding in the W1400 block of STH 11, in the Town of Spring Grove. The investigation resulted in Parr being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence. Parr was additionally cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration and Operating without a Valid Driver’s License. Parr was later released to a responsible party pending a future court date.
