The following events occurred on June 16, 2024:

All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Absolute Sobriety:

At 6:26 a.m., Deputies along with Argyle EMS responded to the area of County Highway J and Thoman Road, in the Town of Adams, for the report of a subject passed out in a vehicle parked on the roadway. Investigation resulted in the operator, Charles W.M. Rufi, 18 of Argyle being arrested for Absolute Sobriety. Rufi was further cited for Underage Possession of Intoxicants, Underage Transportation of Intoxicants, Non-Registration of Auto, Improper Parking on Roadway, and Operating After Suspension. Rufi was released to a responsible party pending court.

Bail Jumping:

At 10:43 p.m., Deputies responded to the N3900 block of State Highway 104, in the Town of Decatur, for the report of a subject walking along the roadway. Investigation resulted in Atticus J. McFarlane, 25 of Janesville, being arrested for Violating Conditions of Bond. McFarlane was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending the posting of bond or an initial court appearance.
