The following incident occurred on Sunday, September 12, 2021:
OWI ARREST:
At approximately 12:52 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for Speeding in the N3500 block of STH 69 in the Town of Monroe. Investigation resulted in the driver, Nicholas A. Puckett, 21, Blanchardville, WI, being arrested for Operate with a Restricted Controlled Substance. Puckett was cited for Speeding, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Operate without a Valid License (Traffic Crime). Puckett was released pending a mandatory court appearance.
