Operating While Intoxicated
At 12:37 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the N9400 block of STH 69, in New Glarus Township, for a traffic violation. The stop resulted in the driver, Rick Ace, 27, of Belleville being arrested for Operating While Intoxicated first offence, Speeding, and Operating without a valid driver’s license, and operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration. He was released to a responsible party.
