The following events occurred on August 23rd, 2021:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Criminal Arrest:
At approximately 1:11 AM, Deputies responded to the N4600 blk County HWY E, Town of Decatur, for a reported disorderly person.
Investigation resulted in Dawn M Voie, 57, Monroe, being arrested for disorderly conduct. Voie was held at the Green County Jail pending bond or an initial court appearance.
Operating While Under The Influence:
At approximately 5:37 AM, Deputies responded to the intersection of Smock Valley Rd. and Ullom Rd., Town of Jordan, for a reported vehicle in the ditch.
Investigation resulted in Gonzalo Procopio Lopez Rios, 23, Monroe, being arrested for operating while under the influence, 1st offense. Lopez Rios was later released to a responsible party pending court.
