The following incident occurred on Thursday, September 2, 2021:
Traffic/Drug Offense:
At approximately 5:19 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for Speeding in the W3600 block of STH 11 in the Town of Sylvester. Investigation resulted in the driver, Adrian I. Ugalde Chapman, 27, Monroe, WI, being cited for Speeding, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of THC. Ugalde Champman was released pending a court appearance.
