Guaranteed Maximum Price & Design

Kraemer Brothers along with Klein McCarthy Architects, Fehr Graham and Sheriff Kanable presented the design and budget updates known as guaranteed maximum price (GMP) at the March 10, 2026 County Board Meeting.  During the presentation it was identified the project team had overcame site costs increases relating to environmental impacts.  The GMP budget takes into account the greatest potential costs for site work as it relates to removing impacted soils.  The Green County Board approved Resolution 3-3-26 to Kraemer Brothers for construction/project management and Resolution 3-2-26 authorizing Kraemer Brothers to subcontract for Bid Units (Precast Concrete, Detention, Elevator and Earthwork/Grading and Utilities) included in Bid Package 1.
