Schematic Design & Budget

As design development neared 50% completion the initial construction documents were prepared and our project manager utilized contractor inputs to develop a detailed budget.  Sheriff’s Office staff began to develop the owner budget for IT Systems, Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment for the building.

 The Green County Board was provided the schematic design and budget presentation at the December 2025 board meeting.
