All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The following incident occurred on Monday, March 28, 2022:
Possession of THC –
At approximately 12:51 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the W6100 block of State Highway 11, Town of Monroe.
Investigation resulted in the operator Shandrell S. Evans, 26 of Madison, being cited for speed (80 MPH in a 55 MPH zone) and Operating Without a Valid License – 1st Offense. The passenger, Samuel K. Tribble Jr., 24 of Fitchburg, was cited for Possession of THC – Less than 25 Grams. Both were released with future court dates to a valid driver.
Warrant Arrest –
At approximately 3:06 PM, deputies placed Mariah L. Beck, 31 of Monroe, under arrest for an active warrant. Mariah posted her bond at the Green County Jail and was released.
