The following events occurred on August 13th, 2021:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Motor Vehicle Crash – Property Damage:
At approximately 5:41 AM, Deputies responded to the N7100 blk State HWY 69, Town of Washington, for a single vehicle crash.
Investigation revealed that a vehicle, operated by Michael E Cavin, 31, Monroe, was traveling on State HWY 69, when he struck a box in the roadway. Cavin reported not being injured and wearing his seatbelt. The vehicle sustained minor damage with no airbag deployment and was towed from the scene.
Traffic Crime:
At approximately 12:15 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the W5200 blk State HWY 11, Town of Monroe.
Investigation resulted in the driver, Teresa L McDaniel, 37, East Troy, being cited for criminal operating without a valid license and for speeding. She was released pending court.
Motor Vehicle Crash – Property Damage:
At approximately 3:49 PM, Deputies responded to the W2200 blk County HWY EE, Town of Albany, for a single vehicle crash.
Investigation revealed that a vehicle, operated by James Ends, 36, Brodhead, was westbound on County HWY EE, when his vehicle exited the roadway. Ends then overcorrected, exited the roadway again, and struck an embankment. Ends reported wearing his seatbelt and not being injured. His vehicle sustained moderate damage with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. Ends was cited for inattentive driving and was released pending court.
