The following events occurred on August 20th, 2021: All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Motor Vehicle Crash – Property Damage: At approximately 1:21 AM, Deputies responded to a two vehicle crash at the intersection of County HWY Y and Duncan Hill Rd., Town of Jordan. Investigation revealed that a vehicle, operated by Terry M Scholl, 52, Argyle, was southbound on Duncan Hill Rd., when he failed to stop at the stop sign and struck an eastbound vehicle, operated by Jordan S Monson, 24, Woodford. Both subjects reported wearing seatbelts and not being injured. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage with no airbag deployment and were driven from the scene.
