The following events occurred on August 23rd, 2021:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Warrant Arrest:
At approximately 2:19 AM, Deputies responded to the N4500 blk Feldt Rd., Town of Sylvester, for a report of loose cattle.
Investigation resulted in Jose M Baldivia Robles, 40, Monroe, being arrested for an outstanding warrant. He was later released after bond was posted.
Warrant Arrest:
At approximately 1:32 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the W900 blk State HWY 59, Town of Albany.
Investigation resulted in Joshua O Roehl, 35, Albany, being arrested for an outstanding warrant. He was held at the Green County Jail.
Operating While Under The Influence:
At approximately 6:10 PM, Deputies responded to the W1200 blk County HWY C, Town of Brooklyn, for a single vehicle crash.
Investigation revealed that a vehicle, operated by Rachael L Fosnot, 51, Madison, was traveling on County HWY C and entered the ditch. Fosnot reported not being injured. There was no airbag deployment and the vehicle sustained moderate damage. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Investigation resulted in Fosnot being arrested for operating while under the influence, 3rd offense. Fosnot was held at the Green County Jail pending bond or initial court appearance.
