The following events occurred on April 6, 2026:

Criminal Arrest
At 2:00 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the W1500 block of STH 11, in the Town of Spring Grove. During the traffic stop the driver, Edward B.J. Johnson, 36, of Monroe, fled on foot. Deputies pursued Johnson and later placed him under arrest for two counts of Resisting/Obstructing Law Enforcement, two counts of Bail Jumping, and for two active warrants through Dane County and Rock County. Johnson was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
