Motor Vehicle Crash - Property Damage

At 10:20 AM, Deputies responded to the W600 block of STH 59, in the Town of Albany, for a reported single vehicle crash.  The investigation found that Kimberly A. Mallmann, 40, of Sheboygan, was driving westbound and she swerved to avoid an animal in the road.  Mallman  then drove into the north ditch, where the vehicle collided with an embankment and an electrical box before coming to a rest.  Mallmann advised she was uninjured and wearing her seatbelt.  Mallmann’s vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene.

Criminal Arrest

At 7:34 PM, Deputies responded to the N7400 block of High Prairie Ln., in the Town of New Glarus, for a 911hang up call.  The investigation resulted in James R. Lauren, 35, of Blanchardville, being placed under arrest for Bail Jumping (felony).  Lauren was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
