The following events occurred on  December 18, 2025:

All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

"Pursuant to the directive of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicity, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.”

MVC - Property Damage:

At 7:14 AM, deputies responded to the N6300 block of English Settlement Road, Town of Albany, for a single vehicle crash with no injuries.  Renee A. Jordan, 68, Argyle, was traveling eastbound on Dunphy Road.  Jordan reportedly attempted to turn northbound onto English Settlement Road, when she lost control of the vehicle due to icy road conditions.  The vehicle then entered the east ditch and collided with a road sign. Jordan reported wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured.  The vehicle sustained minor damage with no airbag deployment, and was driven from the scene.
