The following events occurred on  August 14, 2025:

All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

"Pursuant to the directive of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicity, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.”

MVC - Personal Injury:

At 6:16 PM, Deputies, along with Green County EMS, Argyle EMS, and Browntown FD responded to a motorcycle crash with injuries in the W9100 block of STH 81, Town of Jordan.  Lucas H Douty, 20, Blanchardville, was westbound when he lost control of the motorcycle.  He entered the north shoulder where the bike laid down, and Douty was ejected from the cycle.  Douty was wearing a full-face helmet and gloves, and sustained non life-threatening injuries.  He was transported to an area hospital via ambulance.  The cycle sustained disabling damage, and was towed from the scene. 

Douty was cited for Failure to Keep Vehicle Under Control and released with a court date.
