Motor Vehicle Crash – Property Damage
At 2:22 PM, Deputies responded to the W5800 block of Old Argyle Rd., in the Town of Monroe, for a vehicle versus skid loader crash. The investigation found that Michael P. Ovadal, 46, of Mount Horeb, was traveling northbound when he was struck by skid loader driven by Timothy D. Kennedy, 43, of Monroe. Ovadal reported that he was not wearing his seatbelt and was not injured. Ovadal’s vehicle sustained functional damage, with no airbag deployment, and was driven from the scene. Kennedy was not injured and the skid loader was not damaged.
